$8000 Tax Credit Extended

 

-         Purchase contract must be signed before April 30, 2010 and close by June 20, 2010.

-         Single purchaser can earn up to $125,000*

-         Married Couple can earn up to $225,000*

-         First-time homebuyer that has not owned a home in the past three years still qualifies for the $8000 rebate.

-         Those who have owned and occupied a residence for at least five years out of the past eight can claim a $6,500 tax credit.

-         Purchaser must provide a properly executed settlement statement with their return.

-         No credit available if the purchase price of the home exceeds $800,000.
